In my previous role, I have created and delivered high-quality engineering solutions on environmental and mechanical systems and components. I have assessed and repaired several aircrew Equipment Assemblies (EA), such as Helmet Mounted Symbology Systems (HMSSs), Quick Release Fittings (QRFs), and various types of harnesses to approved schematics by operating specialist techniques and equipment. I have conducted multi-system diagnosis, confirmation, rectification, and functional testing on AEA, including Full Coverage Anti G Trousers (FCAGTS), multi and single seat life rafts, life Support Jackets (LSJs), and all other personal aircrew flying equipmentSome of My Key Achievements are:• Managed 40 personnel from various services, this was to assist with personnel returning from a war zone, this could be anything up to 120 personnel from different services returning from Afghanistan, my team and myself had to deal with various different aspects like welfare, transport, HR, communications, health and despondent individuals.• Planned and Managed the successful migration of 12 staff and all related equipment, such as, aircrew equipment, spares, equipment and explosives from Scotland to Cyprus.• Assisted with the planning and management of a Sqn move from Raf Leuchars to Raf Lossiemouth, this included all infrastructure, tools, spares and aircrew equipment. • Assessed and followed health and safety laws and environmental legislations to meet all business requirements.
