Many of my accomplishments involve project planning and preparation to add new products to our retail website. In addition, I ensure the quality and accuracy of content before it reaches the public. Also, I help in mentoring and training new hires as to analytic processes that will help them spot errors most effectively while maintaining the goal of a customer friendly experience as a top priority.

My work included educating customers in personal finance and helping them receive proper life insurance coverage, a plan to get out of debt, and a clear understanding of their available investment options and needs to reach financial independence. In addition, I recruited, licensed, and trained a team of over 20 agents to further market these financial products.
