Upon completion of my degree in July 2007, I began my professional career as a programmer. Having worked in Public Administration all my career, Everis has been a great school which has allowed me to evolve professionally and personally. In the first few years I mostly assumed technical responsibilities, which allowed me to acquire and develop my knowledge in a diverse set of technologies. Whilst evolving professionally, I discovered my vocation and motivation within the functional and project management areas, responsibilities which I have been assuming in recent years. Accenture has allowed me to learn effective work methods and multi-task management skills. The opportunity to face different situations and learn new approaches, has allowed me to develop an ability to easily adapt and benefit from continuous professional growth. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to face several challenges, with increasing complexity, developing various competencies, particularly in functional and management areas. Performing team leadership responsibilities and training younger colleagues enabled me to also develop this very important capability. Today I am part of the management team of the Public Sector and Health in Everis
