I am a Qualified Chartered Manager, Access to Finance Partner, Business Advisor, Coach and SME Growth Specialist, helping Chief Executives and Senior Leaders of SMEs to develop strategic and business plans, leverage funding and manage supply chains and projects to grow their businesses. I am experienced at recruiting, training and managing operational delivery of projects and services (business support, advice, digital and skills brokerage) and developing and maintaining business and stakeholder relationships using a natural ability to communicate and break down barriers. Prior to this I was a Branch Manager and Enterprise Relationship Manager for HSBC, supporting growing businesses from early stage to larger SMEs and corporates.
