• Train new recruiters for our OKC, OK offices.• While remaining a producing Recruiter, the Recruiter Lead performs additional responsibilities to on-board and facilitates the transition of “non-negotiable” recruiting fundamentals to new-hires for their respective office. • Responsible for facilitating a 2 day review session after the trainee has completed the online training. • In charge of completing evaluations on our new hires after a 2 day review and at 6 and 13 weeks with the respective salesperson. • Available for six to ten training events per year as needed.• Participated in monthly 30-minute regional and divisional conference calls.• In charge of conducting monthly Recruiter Meeting Topics of the Month in our office.• Involved with half day shadow with new hire applicants.
