Redesigned, developed, and supported on-site and remotely, with many additions and enhancements, an integration of pre-packaged accounting software provided by Computer Enterprise Inc. (CEI) for a Data General S140 Eclipse RDOS Extended Basic system to meet the needs of multiple business units developing and managing or selling multiple multi-family properties.The pre-packaged accounting software included Accounts Payable & Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll. The Construction Package developed and implemented included Construction Payables with an interface to Job Cost Tracking. In addition, Bank Draw, Purchase Order Tracking, Probable Cost Update, Estimating, and Bid Comparison were developed and enhanced as required.Additional systems developed were Payroll Check Reconciliation, Model Proforma, Escrow Management, Residential Profile, and a comprehensive Cash Flow system was being developed. I also converted a Market Study package from a Hewlett Packard 9866B Plotter to a Hewlett Packard 7475A that could be interfaced with the DG Eclipse. An IBM PC version was also being developed.
