Determined that a redesign of 2 product families would result in a 70% cost reduction per device. Sold the project to management and completed the re-design, meeting the 70% estimate.

-Responsible for cost structure of $4 million VHC product line. Included spec setting, yield enhancement, test time reduction, and managing buy resell agreement with Toshiba. -Managed and reported on all aspects of P&L, including pricing, forecasting revenue and reporting/tracking sales. Automated financial reporting for all product lines. -Developed and executed new product launch plan and strategic positioning of the family with assistance from the marketing group.
