Responsible for eir Group's Revenue Assurance function, covering our Retail, Business and Wholesale (OpenEir) divisions. We run Assurance Processes and Detective Controls for all Eir's products and services, overseeing our €1.4bn annual turnover.

I manage eircom Group’s Revenue Assurance controls for all Fixed and Mobile services. This involves daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting for all traffic and subscription based revenue services and products.

· Manage revenue assurance reviews of eircom’s key products/services with a view to identifying any deficiencies in eircom’s order-to-bill and traffic origination to bill processes leading to (possible) revenue leakage and cost of sales risk. In addition, develop a remedial action plan and monitor the delivery of this plan.

Operational responsibility for the Management of the Information & Development department in Business Markets.

Responsible for development and distribution of productivity, compliance and Project Benefit Capture Reports for the Advantex Work Management System.

Responsible for all aspects of Norwich Union Ireland’s successful Year 2000 Compliance Project.

Served as primary liaison with all overseas vendors (Hotels/Activity Management Teams/Land Transport).
