Implementation of new business accounts into the company by building strong relationships with clients and senior company representatives. - Processing print orders, sourcing quotes from a variety of suppliers, using various workflow databases and stock management control reports to ensure printed products are delivered to clients.- Setting up repeat online ordering systems for a variety of printed products. - Budget Management – ensuring the client gets the most effective cost and service which increases margin. - Creating and distributing print tenders to win new business accounts. - Working closely with the New Business Development Manager to ensure smooth running of new business accounts acquired

- Building strong relationships with large B2B clients, liaising with creative agencies, print buyers and end clients to take full briefs, give print recommendations and manage quality control of their brand. Client portfolio examples include B&Q, Cadburys, Hays Recruitment, Starbucks and Cunard/P&O.- Producing quotations and preparing work orders for print press on MIS software.- Time management and budget controlling to ensure competitive pricing (also dealing with print on demand requests and tight turnarounds).- Providing support and advice to clients on all areas of the print job, not just digital, via industry knowledge and strong partnerships with other suppliers.- Proofing artwork and working with in-house creative team to ensure quality control and client brand guidelines are protected.- Liaising with all members of the team to ensure the client’s needs are meet and the job is completed on time and to a high standard.- Helping with finishing and other areas of the business when required.

- Managing B2B clients and members of the public to ensure their print needs were met (analysing client requirements, providing advice, completing print quotations).- Supporting the managing director with new business developments and the daily running of the company (inputting data into project management software, briefing creative team and managing daily workflow).- Working with the creative team to achieve desired client outcome.- Operating digital print machines, finishing and organisation of deliveries when required.
