David is an expert designer and facilitator of systemic change processes - for groups, organisations, communities, industries and nationwide initiatives. He has over 25 years experience guiding and co-creating transformative change through projects encompassing multi-stakeholder collaborations, startup communities, blue chip corporations, Government agencies and NGO's. David has applied systems change theory and practice since 2010, supporting industry wide and national initiatives as well as emerging communities and networks, to transform mindsets and dominant narratives, to develop decentralised ways of organising and sharing power and to cultivate regenerative and sustainable means of living and learning with our Earth.David is an astute listener, a systems thinker, and a creative change process designer able to identify key leverage points for systemic and transformational change, drawing from immersion across a broad range of industries, government sectors and organisational types. David is a highly engaging facilitator who combines strong rigour in process, with intuitive reading of people and groups, and the capacity to guide meetings, forums, conferences and longer term change projects in ways that allow productive strategic outcomes as well as emergent, unplanned possibilities. Projects include: Co-founding and leadership of a national for-purpose organisation, The Men’s Table, since 2019; co-creation of a new 10 yr narrative and plan for the Australian International Education sector; launch of a nationwide education incubator; development of a 10 yr national strategy for spatial science positioning infrastructure endorsed by Gillard's cabinet; turn-around of an Australian based global corporation from near bankruptcy - $ 300 mil in 4 years; scenario plans for an entire education sector; new strategic stories subsequently implemented over 2 - 4 years in more than 50 organisations; alignment of 2 cultures into one following a merger of fierce rivals; co-founding a community conducting immersion retreats in nature
