As the primary JD Edwards systems analyst for Oceaneering International, I successfully maintained all RPG code for a world wide JD Edwards implementation and multiple 24/7/365 AS/400 mid-range systems. I designed and implemented a $650,000 AS/400 system upgrade with no downtime in a 24/7 international environment. I provided support and development expertise for MIMIX data mirroring, high availability disaster recovery planning, upgrades, remote communications, software development and contract IBM programmers. JD Edwards was the primary ERP system used to manage General Ledger, A/P and A/R, manufacturing, distribution, sales order, inventory control and HR/ Payroll.

I exceeded expectations in maintaining a multiple AS/400 JD Edwards World implementation and mid-range hardware upgrades on IBM and DEC VAX. I was designated AS/400 systems administrator after one month and led the project team in migrating the United Tote subsidiary from Ross Systems to JD Edwards.

I managed and developed customer service, sales, billing, accounts receivables and charter contracts for all motor coach operations. I had direct responsibility to dispatch and supervise 30 employees and bus drivers, 14 MCI 102 motor coaches and DOT regulation compliance while on call 24/7 for charter operations support and problem resolution. I developed software for dispatch and databases on IBM midrange systems and implemented hardware upgrades for all Apple and PC based systems. Class B CDL.

I developed new territory, designed marketing strategy and sold AS/400 Hardware, software and services to all accounts in western Montana. K.I.S. systems was a Certified IBM Business Partner specializing in AS/400 midrange systems. While there, I added to the customer base and exceeded sales projections and goals by 300%

During my ten years at Wild West, I implemented all PC systems, maintained the IBM Midrange System34 and 36 systems, developed several IBM midrange RPG programs for inventory control and technical databases. I successfully managed a $250,000 annual retail concessions account in Yellowstone National Park. I provided expertise in delivery systems, stock rotation, merchandising retail floor space and in-store inventory control. I managed the company fleet of delivery vehicles, made and processed over 30,000 silk screens, managed warehouse overstock sales events and printed shirts.
