First seeking to understand my needs and ideas David was able to provide me with answers or contacts that could help, and provided the perfect sparring partner when seeking to resolve problems. With David's keen ear, challenging growth mindset, creative thinking and support, the Draft Small Business Sales Strategy for FedEx in Europe was developed. When I started to have mental health issues due to depression I was forced to take a back seat in the refining of the strategy with my direct team of Sales MDs. To ensure things continued to move forward, with my bosses blessing, David was asked to step in and take my place. And what a great job he did in leading the team towards quick wins and longer term solutions to support the strategy. If you're looking for the support of a great sales leader, full stop...
