If you would like to know more about how I accomplished these achievements and how I can do the same for your company, or for a full version of my resume, please feel free to reach out to me at DPort767@Gmail.comI am most grateful to have had the opportunities to establish Scrum Teams across the globe. Each and every one of these teams has taught me so much about the different cultures and people around the world. It's these experiences that have enabled me to customize my coaching to be able to meet anyone at their level of understanding by utilizing their experiences to really understand the Agile mindset. Whether it’s a religious scholar who comes to understand Creation as the "Perfect Agile Project" with a clear Product Vision, seven iterations - complete with acceptance criteria. Or the mother of several children who comes to understand how the common laundry cycle is indeed an Agile process with constant demands and changes in priority. I couldn't be more grateful - knowing that I owe everything to the individuals on these teams. I'm passionate about enabling all people and teams to accomplish things that they have never done before. For example, I am most honored to have been able to: • Prevent tens of thousands of patients from losing their hospice care because of changing government CMS regulations. • Enable a company to serve more in-home healthcare patients than ever before with no increase in price or reduction in service. • Teach servers/wait staff how they can quadruple their tips with just a few simple techniques, again lifting many out of poverty. • Protect teams from burn-out and improving their quality of life by reducing the number of hours required to do the work each week from 70+ to less than 50. • Keep 1200 employees from layoffs by showing a company how they were capable of change and how they could implement Agile principles into their long-lived work routine. • Save a single, working mother from the gaping jaws of poverty. • Guard families from constant fighting and bickering over chores by introducing a peaceful process by which children become enthusiastic about the chores they perform.
