- Develops capacity and forecasting analytics to help the business units make decisions on how to invest in sterilization, conversion, and optimization projects. - Contribute to the design and accountable for the implementation of sterilization performance metrics including gathering critical data from suppliers, manufacturing sites, supporting functions, and regulatory bodies. - Analyze data collected and provide recommendations to support improvement plans and/or proactive risk mitigation plans. - Gather data and analyze financials to support the development of business cases for sterilization projects as required.- Assists in the development and implementation of a proactive risk mitigation program within the sterilization network - Track spending across multiple ERP systems to access invoice level detail to provide accurate sterilization spending on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure accurate forecasting analytics.- Works closely with supply chain planning for improved forecasting and capacity analysis within the sterilization network to allow for a demand driven value network and adequate surge capacity.- Maintain awareness of best practices in data analytics and sterilization practices in order to best support the sterilization network

- Provides leadership and develops prioritization analysis for continuous improvement of process procedure and training programs; - Utilizes lean techniques to mistake proof and minimize waste in information and material flow within processes and procedures as it relates to wasted steps, movements, and enhanced process step refinement; Responsible for updating critical process method documentation and procedures. Work through others to ensure work instruction elements are clear, concise and accurate; - Develops and implements training and training effectiveness evaluation programs to ensure training of operations personnel is effective and adequate. Utilize paper and on the job testing to confirm the programs are effectual;- Leads and assists process error incident investigation and corrective actions as related to training and procedures;- Completes process control related projects as assigned and completes as scheduled and within budget;- Leads and assists in change control activities and methods related to process amendments related to process procedures and work instructions.
