In addition to these activities, it was Dave's job to embed continuous improvement principles throughout the organisation and drive process improvements.Dave also led Council's identification of advocacy opportunities and developed advocacy campaigns to exploit these opportunities. Corporate performance and planning formed a major part of Dave's role and it was his job to develop the Council Plan, the associated Annual Action Plan and annual department business plan, delivering improved corporate performance monitoring and reporting frameworks, including the Annual Report.

I communicate with these patients about the risks and complications of developing Type Two Diabetes and encourage them to prevent this onset.My sole aim is to prevent these high risk patients from developing Type Two Diabetes by signing them up to a Life Coaching Program to encourage them to change their eating habits and engage in more physical activities.

I was employed at The POP Company as the sole Marketing Executive. Here, I was responsible for all of the business to business marketing. I managed the national sales team and the marketing budget and developed product brochures to communicate our products offerings to our clients.I also chaired our weekly commercial sales meeting to discuss commercial sales figure, product offering and a plan for the following week. Week on week I managed a production schedule for more detailed jobs. I quoted clients for extensive work and improved sales figures significantly after my inception at the company and attended many trade shows to promote our work more widely.
