Responsibilities include running the day to day e-commerce and online origination platform of the Mortgage Center. Primarily a technology based leads platform, my focus and expertise was on lead development and conversion through focused technology applications including internet marketing, website optimization, SEO/SEM strategies and conversion of the inbound web applications.

-Responsible for day to day operations of all sales and marketing efforts.-Implemented and maintained internet marketing efforts including designing and managing website, search engine optimization and lead conversion-Responsible for revenue production of branches, hiring and firing of Loan Officers and training of managers and loan officers.-Lead and prospect maintenance and exploring/developing new areas for company growth. Grew company loan volume by over 312% from 2005 to 2007.-Benefit management, including 401K and Health Insurance plan.-Maintain and administer all accounts payable and accounts receivable. -Originate, process and close residential and commercial mortgage loans.-Network and build relationships with Realtors, Financial Planners, CPA’s and builders.

-Responsible for all day to day operations regarding branch production, including origination, processing and closing of over 125 million dollars of mortgage volume fundings per year.-Originated, processed and closed conventional, non-conforming and government residential mortgage loans.
