Grew company loan volume by over 312% from 2005 to 2007.-Benefit management, including 401K and Health Insurance plan.-Maintain and administer all accounts payable and accounts receivable. -Originate, process and close residential and commercial mortgage loans.-Network and build relationships with Realtors, Financial Planners, CPA’s and builders.

-Responsible for all day to day operations regarding branch production, including origination, processing and closing of over 125 million dollars of mortgage volume fundings per year.-Originated, processed and closed conventional, non-conforming and government residential mortgage loans.
