- Conducted approval processes for component approval which included: reviewing specifications to ensure accuracy of the component’s tolerance, compatibility with machines (filler, capper, and labeler, etc.), and reviewed tooling with all machines to verify compatibility. - Controlled the tooling and Inventory for the maintenance team. Sourced, ordered, and occasionally installed.- Meeting with different service providers and distributors to better benefit the Maintenance and Engineering Team as a whole. - Directed the Maintenance team with task of the day for preparing lines when the Maintenance Supervisor was not present. - Delegated projects to the Maintenance Team that involved Machines on the floor that needed to be repaired or modifications to be made.- Temperature logging bi-weekly checks to ensure the plant working area and holding areas were in acceptable range.- Completed NOE’s, CAPA’s, and reviewing SOP’s for overall suitability.- 3D CAD experience on AutoDesk Fusion 360 software and Simplify3D splicing software - Well experienced with 3D printing, along with repairing the printer and researching new filaments to use. - Filament experience with PETG, Polypropylene, and NinjaflexTPU - Experience in IQ, OQ, and PQ in regards to system approval.. - Reverse Osmosis Water Purifying System - Positive displacement rotary filler and capper system - Tube filling systems- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
