MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS / CORPORATEThe M&A Corporate department at Bech-Bruun has given me valued experience with transfers on a comprehensive scale. I have gained extensive knowledge on important theoretical and practical aspects of Danish and European corporate law. As a legal intern I have also worked with contract law – including energy contracts – and serviced the Chinese-Desk with work permits, legal research as well as general research on various issues which these dealings give rise to.

Funded by RELINE I assisted Anne Lise Kjær and Jonas Gabrielsen in improving the course 'Legal Rhetoric and Communication' by developing course material as well as assisting Jonas during the students' practice sessions in rhetoric.

As a legal trainee with PHILIP I worked as a generalist in the many business areas that the company serviced. For a long period, my work was primarily focused on the Land Registration of a real property portfolio at an estimated value of 1+ billion DKK and resolving various issues with the court derived off the rough transition from paper-based to digital registration. Other cases I have worked on have contained elements of public law, employment law, insolvency/corporate reconstruction, IPR, and litigation. I have also represented clients in the enforcement court.

Electric car sharing. When the company was established I assisted the management with practical aspects of operations. During later marketing events I had a key role in staff management and introduction of our product to executives, sponsors, and VIPs – in particular under the initial product launch and the showcase on electric vehicles with the Royal Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs during COP15.
