I am a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company based in the firm’s Charlotte office. I am also a core leader of our global Transformation practice, and I co-lead our global Enterprise Agility practice. I am passionate about helping organizations achieve dramatic and lasting improvements in performance through enterprise-wide transformations. I have worked with companies around the world and across industries on transformations that improve an organization’s core execution capability, digital culture and capabilities, and adoption of enterprise-wide agility. In addition, I often conduct independent due diligences of companies seeking to identify their full performance potential in our rapidly changing world. I have also advised companies under pressure from today’s disruptive market forces and have guided them through complex restructurings and turnarounds.I have served as the Managing Partner for the Carolinas since August 2021, and I have been excited to apply my global experience to help companies in the region adapt and thrive in the next normal. Prior to this, I served as the firm’s Managing Partner in New Zealand.
