Responsible for the origination, management and execution of international Project Finance, Equity Advisory and M&A transactions across Renewables, Fossil Fuel Power and Infrastructure. Equity Advisory Responsibilities - Responsible for the origination and the delivery of Corporate & Financial Advisory mandates with international “blue-chip” corporations.- Management of advisory mandates and related teams. Services comprising of: Equity and debt funds raising and negotiation of related terms; Provision of timely and accurate financial analysis, financial models as well as structuring and financing advice relevant to decision making; Planning and coordination of parties and transaction milestones as to ensure the accomplishment of goals and objectives within the prescribed time frames and budget. - Directly liaising with investors, contractors and regulators/authorities as well as legal, technical, insurance and environmental advisors to ensure bankability of the transactions.Lending Responsibilities- Team/transaction leader, responsible for the team’s screening, structuring, negotiation and execution of Project Finance Loan Facilities.- Ensuring high quality and acceptability of structures, risk profiles/mitigants, project’s contractual arrangements and financial documentation, internal credit applications and processes as well as assisting on the management of the Loan Facilities post financial close.
