I have been working in the IT industry since 1995 and am experienced in applications development, database design and Internet development. My experience covers Solution Architecture, Team Leadership, Analysis and Design, Specification documentation, Quality Management, UI design, Database design and Application Development work using various Microsoft technologies and tools.I enjoy liaising with clients to ensure a common design of functionality, monitor schedule movements to ensure delivery of specified work items and to manage teams of developers ranging in skill levels and expertise.I am not afraid of documentation and believe that it is a key product of any project as a means to capturing and recording the ideas, agreements, and overall strategy being delivered.
