Constant direction of improving professional skills in higher education as an administrative director and educator. Customer service and relationship building remains a constant forefront in any industry that I am involved in. My higher education experiences have permitted me to become involved within upper management in addition to the following skills: CRM database developer and manager, query developer, application board committee member, recruitment coordinator, website manager, international evaluations, residency review board, lead trainer in best practices on policy and CRM systems and adjunct professor within the subjects of research methods and the criminal justice system. I have also been able to succeed in outreach partnerships within the communities, including: city and county organizations, school districts and the private industry.
