Led team that developed, implemented, maintained and provided training for global corporate business systems. Systems including Hyperion applications using Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management and the full suite of Hyperion reporting tools with over 300 global users. •Led team of Coty employees and members from two competing consultant partners in developing, implementing, launching and supporting 2 global Hyperion Planning applications across 4 global markets with differing underlying requirements and technologies.•Managed successful upgrade testing and implementation to Hyperion System 9 and several version upgrades with no days of system loss. Upgrade process utilized resources from IT, Finance and external partners and included testing new applications, rehosting applications, training all users, creating new end-user processes and finding process efficiencies.•Led support and maintenance team for all global Hyperion systems, native Lotus Notes, Cash Expenditure application and Finance information website eliminating all full day system outages.•Increased application performance by more than 50% and established fail safe processing by expanding environment to full server duplicity and segmenting applications.•Reduced need for numerous adhoc application updates and addressed SOX requirements by developing, implementing and maintaining Change Control procedures for all application changes.

Managed team performing global consolidation and reporting of Strategic Plan and quarterly updated budgets as well as monthly comparative reporting and variance analysis. Maintained support of global Hyperion Enterprise Application with over 100 users.Accomplishments:•Created and implemented the integration process from the local JDEdwards ledger to the Coty applications by leading the Hyperion integration team, as part of a larger company wide integration team, working closely with local general ledger and Coty application teams.•Developed and implemented new standardized budget submission and reporting process increasing flexibility to make changes when needed, providing management with the ability to see timely consolidated results and providing consistent comparative data at all levels including the local ledger for the first time.

Supported and maintained multiple Hyperion Enterprise applications with 100 global users. This included developing, testing and implementing system and process changes as well as providing training to all users globally.Accomplishments:•Implemented standardized chart of accounts and reporting standards globally, providing consistent data to management from multiple sources for the first time.•Eliminated extensive off line work and increased data and reporting integrity by creating alternate calculated account structures to serve Global Marketing and Senior Management requirements,.•Limiting system downtime and provided auditable trail of changes by developing and implementing change control process for all applications.

Performed monthly global consolidation and prepared, presented and analyzed global results. Submitted month end and budget data and performed variance analysis of 5 international affiliates comprised of 28 individual markets. Maintained intercompany tracking and billing for 5 international affiliates.
