Responsible for all operations of Websupport in Hungary:• Managing a team of 8 people (Helpdesk and IT).• Driving and overseeing the marketing activities of Webonic (the local Websupport brand).• Communicating with the local accountants and lawyers.• Cooperating with the head team on the business development activities.

Analyzing the traffic on the publishers' sites and coming up with strategies and ideas on how to increase the loyalty of their audience in order to convert anonymous visitors into registered and then paying subscribers.

• Responsible for the implementation of clients' campaigns in close cooperation with the development and analytics team.• Proactively suggests further improvements when it comes to UX, conversion optimization, cross-selling and upselling campaigns.• Cooperates with the sales/account management team when developing B2B communication materials.

• Developing complex online marketing strategies with the focus on the Hungarian market, campaign optimization (Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, Etarget).• Translating the website content into Hungarian language.

Responsible for key clients in the whole CEE region, mainly from the Slovak, Hungarian and Czech markets. Regularly monitors and optimizes their campaigns, suggests further improvements, keeps the customers up-to-date about the campaigns' performance and acquires new potential customers.

• Account management: Responsible for the Hungarian clients and agencies, monitors the performance of their campaigns and proactively participates in the campaign optimization.• Project management: Led the implementation of the automated retargeting system that has been created in the cooperation of Scarab Research Inc. and Etarget SE. This automated system is able to automatically manage the e-shop's retargeting campaigns based on the visitors' behavior.
