Postdoctoral Fellow In Urban Governance And Sustainable TransformationUniversity Of Bergen (Uib) Jul 2023 - PresentBergen, Vestland, NorwayIntegration of services can have a major impact on ridership, but there is little work outlining the challenges to better coordination across lines and transit providers. I am currently leading an international research project examining the challenges of transport coordination across transit governance jurisdictions, conducting case study research in 10 metro regions, across Europe and the United States. Issues include governance/funding barriers to regional ticketing/ payment media, unified fare structures, scheduling and cross-agency data sharing. -
