David managed several condominium properties, including Riverwatch Tower, an eleven story, 300-unit high-rise off The Ohio State University campus, as well as a staff of security guards and maintenance personnel. His responsibilities also included managing home owners boards across approximately twelve large condominium associations and their communities.
