Test Lead with 12 years experience in testing within the finance industry, firstly as a test analyst and for the past 5 years as a Test Lead. I have a passion for testing and utilising all tools available to enhance the test coverage provided. As a Test Lead at Barclays I am responsible for leading user acceptance testing across a range of platforms, Desktop, Speech IVR, Softphone, Routing, Chat. I embrace any out of hours work required to align with test release windows.I have experience of working across a multi site organization and demonstrate effective communication skills with stakeholders and users. I work collaboratively within agile scrums on projects and outside of the scrums with testing colleagues and business resources to ensure robust testing is conducted and issues are addressed head on. I enjoy new challenges and proactively seek out ways to upskill my knowledge base and learn new techniques and skills
