I led McKinsey's Private Capital Practice including Private Equity, Infrastructure, Private Credit, Real Estate and Institutional Investors from 2021 to 2024. I previously led McKinsey's North America Life Sciences Practice. I serve Private Capital, Healthcare and Life Sciences clients across strategy, transformation, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and organization. With more than 20 years of experience at McKinsey, I’ve led consulting support for multiple transactions globally for Private Equity Firms, their Portfolio companies, and publicly listed Life Sciences and Healthcare companies. I believe there is a huge opportunity and benefit to society that transformed company performance brings - from the innovation that creates new markets to the new job opportunities that follow. I am increasingly inspired by a broader definition of impact including environmental, societal and workforce considerations in addition to operational performance improvement. I am passionate that in our client work, we should focus on both a broad definition of impact and have equal emphasis on client and team experience and development. Outside work, I am a lifelong cyclist – after a few mountain biking accidents I am resolved that the road is where I belong. I am coming up on 10 years of ascents on Mount Ventoux in France and recently achieved my personal best time 😊.
