    • New Product Launch. Introduction of the VenaSeal medical device in the U.S. market and the global re-launch to the Australia, Canada and Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) business units. Responsible for managing and integrating the overall schedule of the Technical Team, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain (production and distribution), Training, Marketing and US Commercialization. Project completed ahead of schedule resulting in an unplanned increase in quarterly revenue and receiving special recognition from senior leadership.• Acquisition Integration. Executed the rollout schedule for transitioning legacy Sapheon product in the European market to the new legal entity. Workscope included Item Master Maintenance coordination and distribution readiness. Upon completion, project responsibilities were expanded to include Quality System Integration, Product Support, Global Order Fulfillment and selected business functions, including Human Resources, Finance, and Systems interfaces.• Project Planning. Developed the initial schedules for an Outsourcing initiative and a New Product Introduction (NPI). The former required international coordination with the technical lead. Project tasks and cross-functional relationships for the NPI were coordinated with stakeholders from Engineering, Marketing, Training, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Production and Supply Chain.

    • Product Rebranding: Developed the worldwide Inventory Transition Plan for legacy peripheral Vascular and Neurovascular products to the new corporate entity. Project scope included over 6,500 Item Numbers for 97 countries requiring coordination with six international business units. COGNOS Business Intelligence software used to identify country-level inventory trends and risk mitigation strategies.• Outside United States (OUS) Shipping Lanes: Established new processes for shipping product to six countries in three international regions in response to business rationalization initiatives. One market specifically cited the initiative for improving customer service levels and reducing response times by over 50 percent.• Systems Implementation: Supported business rationalization and transfer of business functions between multiple sites and systems. Developed the Future State Supply Chain work flow for four product lines with key stakeholders. Identified systems gaps and worked with teams to successfully resolve those issues. Facilitated data collection for Item Master and Planning Data transfer. Developed “Use Case” scenarios to identify and document key interfaces and work procedures between the functional areas.
