- Perform supplier evaluation, qualification, audit and performance follow-up- Perform Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Root cause analysis- Perform project gate assessment- Generate and use KPIs (Key Process Indicators) to ensure continuous improvement. - Active participation in transferring manufacturing operation between Stryker, FlexMedical Quebec & Mexico- Processes risk analysis and reduction (PFMEA, Control Plan)- Ensure the quality system to meet ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and FDA (21 CFR 820) requirements

- Investigate and document Customer's complaints- Follow-up the service report - Ensure that products comply with ISO standards, BNQ and FDA regulations.- Guide corrective actions.
