Ceo And Executive ProducerLockpick Entertainment Sep 2004 - Jun 2009CEO, Executive Producer, and co-founderBuilt the company from scratch, attracting around $2 million USD in investments and project fundings. Managed the company, staff and projects. Under my lead we released two versions of Dreamlords (MMORTS) and I signed publishing deals with international publishers in the US, Germany and Russia. At it’s peak the company employed 22 people with over 30 people in production including external resources in two different projects (one never released). When a close-to-finished publishing deals went sour in the spring of 2009 the company couldn’t survive on it’s own and was shut down in a “soft” bankruptcy.

OwnerInithien Innovation Aug 2004 - Feb 2006Went into consulting focusing on data modelling and business analysis. Main contract was at Lantmäteriet (the branch of the Swedish Government that manages all of Swedens land, properties etc) where I helped design the next system to handle the backbone of our country. It was a complex project with a lot of prestige where I was brought in late when decision makers have started to grow suspicious. It took quite some time to "mathematically prove" our initial standpoint that the new system was built in a way that would cause massive problems. We managed to get the project to a halt and reboot, and then the project could continue to build from the proper models that actually map how properties are handled and dealt with from financial and legal perspectives.
