CCI Apprenticeship Solutions is WA’s only state-wide Australian Apprenticeship Centre operated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Western Australia (CCIWA). We offer a comprehensive free information and mentoring service for all aspects of apprenticeships and traineeships. Through our extensive industry knowledge and networks, we advise employers, apprentices and trainees on the best training options for them and how to maximise financial benefits and incentive entitlements.Working as a key part of the national and major clients team I am responsible for assisting a wide range of businesses with advice and support relating to their training needs and provide advice on federal and state government funding opportunities.Key aspects of this role include account/relationship management, business development and customer service.Achievements include: Responsible for managing the business relationship with CCI Apprenticeship solutions largest clients.Consistently exceed demanding KPI's in both volumes and accuracy measures.

Responsible for generating new business through marketing activities, gaining a clear understanding of clients needs and the referral of suitably qualified and experienced candidates, key aspects of the role involved business development, working to sales targets and account/ relationship management.achievements include: top billing consultant in the organisation in my third month of employment

Responsible for the management of business relationships with 10 outsourced suppliers responsible for providing services in 4 key areas of operations including payment processing, debt recovery, order processing and product returns, job focus included ensuring outsourced suppliers met kpi's, acccount and relationship management and customer service.AchievementsAchieved a 25% increase in debt recovery collections and an 18% reduction in costs over a 3 year period.Reduced time in process by 40% on payment processing as a result of using lean principles to update processes and practices.Negotiated a new contract for product returns that resulted in a 5 year price freeze.
