As a registered professional counsellor (RPC-C) with over 20 years of experience in facilitating, teaching, and supporting diverse groups of people, I am passionate about helping people heal, grow, and connect through somatic therapy, nervous system education, person-centred counselling, music, and movement. I have a private counselling practice where I work with clients on areas such as relationships, attachment, complex trauma, nervous system regulation, stress, and narrative therapy. I use a holistic and somatic approach that integrates body, mind, and spirit.I am also the owner of Breathwood, a project that combines my skills and interests in music, didgeridoo, and YouTube content creation. I have built a loyal and engaged audience of over 14000 subscribers, and I offer online and in-person lessons, workshops, and performances.Additionally, I am a facilitator at Safeteen, a program that empowers teen boys to develop assertiveness, communication, and consent skills.
