1. Perform daily checks on SAP system related to existing Purchase Requisition and deliveries requested by the system and users from Manufacture, Operations and Commercial Teams2. Creating purchase orders for Spare Part, Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO) type material, Packaging Material, General Affair & HRs, IT, Logistics, Capital Expenditure (Capex), include Commercial Commodities (Request from Marketing Division)3. Responsible for the acquisition of Material Inclusive of Capital, Engineering Support, Services, Hardware, and Commodities for Commercial (Marketing Division) and others which are in the scope of Material Purchasing4. Procure materials and supplies required to Support Maintenance, Repair, and Operations including Other Comodities (Logistics, General Affair, IT, Capital Expenditure (Capex), Commercial (Marketing Division))5. Conduct Annual Tenders to Support Logistics (Domestic Transportation and International Logistics)6. Conduct Capital Expenditure (Capex) Tenders7. Utilize tools or technologys to streamline processes and create a fair yet competitive sourcing process8. Work with internal customers to develop processes that improve material and supply availability9. Collect and analyze data to draw conclusions about supplier performance, trends, and opportunities to leverage spend across the organization10. Participate with Regional Asia Pacific Procurement on appropriate supply and work toward optimal leveraging of MRO, Indirect Material and Supply Chain spent11. Utilize various techniques and practices to identify and implement cost savings initiatives; develop accountability with suppliers for year-over-year results Identify new suppliers as well as develop new and existing suppliers12. Promotes a safe and harmonious work environment by adherence to safety regulations and participation in safety programs
