The work was managed through a mix of waterfall and agile delivery approaches with a focus on using JIRA and Confluence to ensure consistency of delivery. I’m a strong advocate for JIRA and we extended it’s use with different automation rules to aid improved reporting alongside using eazyBI. Show less

Provided interim cover for this role whilst a permanent resource was recruited who had to be based in India. Responsible for the delivery of all eCommerce and CRM change through the development factory including supplier performance, development standards, release and environment management, QA and fix on fail. Developed an integrated governance model using existing JIRA and ServiceNow implementations to drive improvements in supplier performance across multiple platforms.

Leading a set of teams delivering enhancements across 3 separate web and CRM platforms which support all Dyson online, direct and business customers. Responsible for agile application development delivery, from idea to deployment, with the support of 2 main suppliers.
