The delivery was split into a number of workstreams including Business Change, IT development, QA, SEO, Content build, Digital Tracking and Release Management. The project was delivered over a 12 month period with no slippage (date was brought forward by 1 month), no scope reduction and within budget. The work was managed through a mix of waterfall and agile delivery approaches with a focus on using JIRA and Confluence to ensure consistency of delivery. I’m a strong advocate for JIRA and we extended it’s use with different automation rules to aid improved reporting alongside using eazyBI. Show less
