Chicago Funding, Inc. was founded in 1995. We are 80% owned by Inland Bank. We offer conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, Reverse, Commercial, Rehab, Investor, and Hard Money loans (basically, if the loan program exists, we'll have it) As a Banker/Broker, we are able to help you in ways other brokers simply can't. Because we are also a banker, we have our own in-house underwriters, fund our own loans, and most importantly to you, we are able to offer you the most competitive rates and loan programs the industry has to offer. Because we are not a "Mom and Pop" shop, we have access to every lender that does business in Illinois, thus making sure you are getting the absolute best program you qualify for.
