I started Blended Athletics (2013) with a vision and passion for pursuing excellence. This same vision and passion led me to start Ralli Marketing (sold in 2023), helping companies pursue excellence by telling their stories through better content. I believe that through health and wellness, we can change culture — within Nova Scotia and within companies.2024 is an exciting year as I begin my next journey, building my first tech business, "Train With Us." In 2007 I was awarded the Nova Scotia Summer Swimming Coach of the year where the team placed 2nd in a field of 16 teams.
