■ INTERNATIONAL LAW ■ INTERNATIONAL REGULATION ■ GLOBALISATION & LAW ■ CSR ■Senior international law and international regulation professional with over 25 years of experience in: ● The practice, teaching and research in international law, globalisation and law, transnational regulation by private actors (Codes of Conduct, CSR etc.) and informal international governance by public actors (FSB, Kimberly Certification Scheme etc.); and● The management, valorisation and dissemination of projects and programs in these fields. My work involves a comprehensive approach to international regulatory systems. Rather than focusing solely on classical international law as a source for solutions to cross-border problems, I tackle legal and practical challenges through the combined use of international law, transnational private regulation and informal public regulation.
