Participación en los foros específicos para el rol EM.o Acompañar al Project Manager durante todo el proyecto para contribuir a gestionar los aspectos más técnicos del proyecto, promoviendo el entendimiento entre el Business Analyst y los equipos más técnicos.o Identificar las unidades que deben participar en la solución para asegurar la certificación del proyecto, con foco en las áreas Arquitectura de Soluciones, Arquitectura de Seguridad y Certificación de proyectos.o Realizar valoraciones de alto nivel para dimensionar costes para las iniciativas demandadas por el banco.o Realizar el documento técnico de solución, donde se identifican los diferentes casos de uso, los componentes a implementar y/o evolucionar, así como planificar aspectos relevantes de la implementación, como pueden ser pilotajes de usuarios, faseados o plan para hacer rollback en caso de contingencias.o Dar soporte durante la fase de ejecución de proyectos a los equipos técnicos encargados de las implementaciones.

Starting from a recently built banking platform in which I previously participated (called Proteo4UK), I acquire a role as technical manager within the national payments area, whose main mission is to maintain a close relationship between the bank's business areas and the technical areas (software factories). The specific goal is to put the open platform "on fly" for 3.4 million customers on April 22, 2018 and continue to provide corrective and evolutionary maintenance after the migration event.Activities carried out:o Responsible for the development of evolutive and corrective issues related to domestic payments and internal transfers within the framework of the Proteo4UK architecture. Used technologies:- IBM Mainframe for processing the business logic, both online and batch processes.- A layer of service-based architecture (SOA) is added to encapsulate and modernize access to the monolithic Mainframe platform, using TIBCO tools and support for publishing.- Microservices: layer built with java spring boot and deployed in containers using Docker technology.- User interfaces: developed following the SPA concept (single page application) and developed in angularjs language.o Responsible for attending the life cycle of requests and incidents launched under a JIRA management platform owned by the TSB bank.o Head of horizontal data migration, defining the data interfaces and loading processes within the payments functional area. Coordination of software construction, testing and implementation works under a Kanban-based methodology.o Responsible for keeping the documentation updated on a Rochade platform and another based in Confluence platform (from Atlassian).o Responsible for the implementation of the aforementioned technical solutions until they are put into production, using devops tools as: Sonarqube, Jenkins, Clarive, Confluence.

Banc Sabadell: Expert engineer in financial systems for Banc Sabadell. Responsible with dual role 30% functional analysis, 70% system development:o As a functional analyst, I develop deep knowledge in payments area and compensation schemes in the United Kingdom: BACS, Faster Payments and CHAPS. In addition, functional knowledge of integrated systems with payments is required: personal accounts, banking products, accounting, customers, fraud engine, risks and DWH among others.o As software engineer: Maintenance of existing software components are carried out on the Banc Sabadell platform for their reuse and adaptation in the new system to be developed for the TSB bank.Activities carried out and technical knowledge developed:o Responsible for the developments of the different layers of architecture within the functional Payments area:- Persistence built with DB2 relational databases.- Mainframe components, both online and batch manufactured in COBOL language.- SOA components, which communicate the SOA architecture with the corebanking in Mainframe through enterprise service bus (ESB). The SOA architecture allows provide services to different bank channels. JSON and SOAP communication protocols are used.- Microservices: Components developed in java with Spring framework. They provide functional components to communicate bank systems regardless of the technology with which they are manufactured.- Office channel user interface: Built in AngularJS using the bank's own directives.Main achievements:o Start-up of a new payment system capable of operating efficiently for 3.4 million customers previously migrated to the new system.o Technological migration from the platform to systems built with more modern languages and patterns, such as AngularJS, SOA, API Rest, etc.

Caixa Economica Federal (Brazil): Expert engineer in financial systems. Displaced in Brasilia DF. Business Analysis, identification of tasks, responsible for developments of the client layer. Specialist in architecture and communication between systems. Partner and coordinator of software factory teams.Achievements:o Definition of a credit card loyalty system.o Lead and actively participate in the development of the front part of the system, using xhtml language and JSF technology.o System implementation to production environment.
