Overall project was managed by KPMG.Led the Fixed Asset, Purchase Management and Project Management teams of users and technical resources. Projects were implemented on time or ahead of schedule. Documented existing procedures and designed new procedures. Consulted with client staff of all levels to determine user requirements and existing procedures. Designed training schedule and budget, trained users, supervised contractors and client technical resources involved in conversion of data into Software 2000. Designed programs and converted the Accounts Payable data from mainframe Data Design Associates database to Software 2000. Used RPG and SQL.Evaluated, implemented and enhanced a Powerbuilder client/server Cooperative Advertising system. Prepared existing data in spreadsheets for conversion into relational database. Interfaced the system with Software 2000 and created reports in MS Access. Used Powerbuilder Data Pipeline, SQL, Access, Erwin and Approach.

Managed the information systems of the company, including McCosker accounting software on IBM AS/400 with 80 users as well as information stored on personal computers. Windows, Novell, RPG, CL, SQL.Oversaw the technical aspects of a merger of the company. Purchased and installed 2 networks including wiring specifications and purchase negotiation for four network servers and software, thirty new PCs, T-1 lines, AS/400 upgrade and a new Voice Mail System. Designed and installed a Wide Area Network linking the five offices. Created new reporting systems and trained users. Implemented Budget vs. Actual reporting on a monthly basis. Assisted on a conversion onto JD Edwards accounting software from McCosker Homebuilder package. Designed, coded and implemented many improvements to packaged reports and modules. Totally revamped Escrow tracking module to work according to company needs. This package was retained after conversion into JD Edwards as there was nothing comparable available.Supervised contract programmers hired for special projects as well as staff. Maintained software in RPG/400 and CL.

Managed the end of a conversion process from service bureau to an AS/400 running McCosker Homebuilder package. Designed and implemented several new applications including sub-contract management, escrow tracking and expediting. Facilitated training and acceptance for other departments. Continually improved applications and procedures to manage and report on data in the system. Conversion was completed within estimated time.Analyzed and researched purpose and use of database and software tools to provide quick solutions to business process re-engineering needs, including new reports and applications.
