At General Assembly NYC, I hired, trained, and led a six-person sales team that generated $23M in annual revenue and achieved a close rate 29% above the company average. I worked with our SalesForce team in the buildout of a CRM for the sales team to indicate performance in real-time. During this time, I also worked to optimize over 200 marketing events designed to evangelize our product and generate leads. As a result, I was able to create a role focused on delivering high-quality events to prospective students. I also had the pleasure of working with our incredible product, marketing and instructional design teams in launching ~20 new products.
