We specialize in movement education and coaching to improve the health and wellness of our members and the community. We offer group classes and private training in strength and conditioning, movement, mobility, and nutrition to achieve optimal results through a progression-based program focusing on keeping you safe and injury-free. FFSC members develop skills in weightlifting, kettlebell training, functional movement, gymnastics, and other training methods in order to reach their goals by moving well and often. The coaches and leaders of the gym are highly trained in mobility/stability training and assessment techniques to guide our athletes into and out of each workout to make sure their bodies respond and recover properly to the training in order to reduce and prevent injury.
