VideoSurveillance.com was an international IP Network Camera / Video Surveillance system reseller and security integrator. I launched the company as an AlphaCard affiliate in 2008, and in 2011 shifted focus to exclusively work on the video security business. In 2015 the company was purchased by private equity firm Riverlake Partners, and merged with security services company Camguard as part of the same transaction.I led marketing, product management, and strategic technology projects. My team managed a wide scope of digital marketing initiatives, including lead generation, eCommerce, prospecting, analytics, merchandising, web development, PR, content marketing, and other digital programs (SEO, SEM / PPC / paid search, email promotion, lead nurturing, social media).During this time I also led and executed a private label camera strategy for VideoSurveillance.com. This included selecting & managing OEM partnerships in Taiwan and China for our new security camera brands ("Optica" and "Verix") and product management of the portfolio over a 4 year period.

Developed go to market and growth strategies in the Mobile Payments Security space for one of the largest cyber security firms in the world during as part of the Wharton Consulting Practicum.

Built and led an in-house 10 person digital marketing team of copywriters, analysts, designers, and developers to support the company's multiple security brands in the Photo ID, Visitor Management, and Access Control space.Created new digital marketing programs to drive marketing qualified leads, sales, and customer retention. Some of these included email marketing, lead nurturing, paid search marketing, and SEO / content marketing initiatives. Directed creative for all storefront brands, including logo / identity, UI / UX, and style guide.
