 Maintained several computer software systems written in Visual FoxPro at the Indiana State Department of Health which tracks immunizations for children. Maintained Help Desk software written in Visual FoxPro. Maintained a help software system through the Visual FoxPro applications written in HTML. Assisted customers at the call support center. Wrote a conversion program for data stored in Visual FoxPro tables to the Immunization Registry program purchased by the State of Indiana. The conversion program was written in Visual FoxPro and the data was being transferred from Visual FoxPro to Oracle 9i. Coordinated the transfer of data from their Immunization Tracking System (ImTIME) to the Immunization Registry.

 Maintained the Master Group Administrator FoxPro application, running various queries for the Medical Savings Account administrators to aid in data analysis, and updated tax forms to meet federal requirements. Worked on a project to rewrite the Master Group Administrator into a web interface using Microsoft Interdev, COM+, and SQL Server 7 with DLL’s written in Visual Basic. Wrote a system review program in Visual Basic to perform site assessments to determine if a customer’s computer was able to interface with the RealMed product. Wrote an interface program to import the results of site assessments directly into RealMed’s Remedy system stored in a SQL Server 7 database. Wrote a web-based reporting screen which interprets stored data from the Remedy system and displays the results on the screen using some JavaScript and many VBScript routines on an ASP page. Was trained on and maintained code for Eclipse America’s EDI-LINK software written in Visual FoxPro. Maintained many different projects in many versions of FoxPro ranging from 2.5 for DOS to Visual FoxPro. Worked on several SBT accounting software projects written in FoxPro 2.6 for Windows and Visual FoxPro 5.0. Worked frequently with businesses to analyze their needs and to provide them with solutions. Worked extensively with Eclipse/RealMed’s Master Group Administrator software written in FoxPro 2.6 for Windows.
