The Cal Farley's Boys Ranch Alumni Association is a national organization comprised of men and women who were raised at Cal Farley's Boys Ranch, Girlstown USA or at any other Cal Farley's Boys Ranch or Girlstown campus. As President of the CFBRAA Foundation, I work with our Executive Director and our Board of Directors to permanently fund the worthy missions of the Association in order to help them successfully administer our programs for the benefit of our members. Our mission is to host events that create opportunities for reunions and family connections, to provide scholarship assistance for families of our alumni association membership, to provide assistance for our alumni in times of crisis, and to support Cal Farley's Boys Ranch (now Cal Farley's Inc.) in its ongoing mission of helping kids.Throughout my life I have been blessed to meet hundreds of people who contributed to my upbringing at Boys Ranch, and that of my many, many brothers and sisters. Racing legend Bill Hielscher brought me onto the race crew at Amarillo Dragway in 1997, and I worked my way into the announcer's booth. I later announced featured shows and served as Director for one of America's premier junior dragster programs at Texas Raceway in Kennedale, TX. In my career I've announced at over 20 tracks in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Iowa, and Illinois at events such as the Tulsa Nitro Nationals, the Pro Mod vs Fuel Altered Showdown, the Funny Car Nationals, NHRA Division 4 Summit ET Finals and Jr Dragster ET Finals, ADRL Longhorn Nationals, BHRA Nationals, Texas Outlaw Pro Mod Association, Outlaw Fuel Altered Association, Radial Tire Racing Association and Match Race Madness.Presently, I serve as the series announcer for the Spell Paving Services Funny Car Chaos Championship Tour presented by Wulff Pumps, Fat Tirez Apparel, Maxima Racing Oils, Excel Drywall Racing, and Performance Motor Coach, RV & Marine and the DMP Awning Nitro Chaos Championship Series, presented by McKinney Corporation.
