To deliver this vision, I’ve joined the company in May 2015 and then hired and built a small but talented 7 people Product & IT team. This team now covers all phases of Unilend's product lifecycle, including :- Roadmap & project portfolio management- Product design & development- Day to day IT ops, inspired by ITIL- IT Security & data management- Hosting / infrastructure.Achievements so far: - Automation of many core business processes, removing bottlenecks (part of Unilend value proposition relies on speed) + Organizational changes following automation of existing processes.- French-first automated investor bot (Autolend) - Highly automated risk analysis engine, combining many open/closed data sets to ease final (and human) decision making.- Complete overhaul of existing platform, moving from working prototype to industrialized/scalable one in 12 months.- High availability, multi data-centers, infrastructure (100% uptime since 01/01/2017)All of this has been built using open-source software with a wide community and track record, aiming at not reinventing the wheel and start delivering significant business values from day 1.Come and say hello, we’re always looking at ways to challenge this vision and make it evolve.
