First assigned as VP HR with worldwide responsibility for Human Resources from US, to Europe, to Central and South America, Asia and Australia. During the second executive leadership assignment, was given Global responsibility for the manufacturing (printing & binding) and distribution of telephone directories for GTE and other telco operating companies worldwide. During this assignment, the team significantly increased productivity while rapidly decreasing the cost of production and delivery to the customers. A double-digit increase to the "internal rate of return" was achieved for four consecutive years. Process improvements helped the corporation in it's pursuit of winning the Malcom Baldridge National Quality Award in 1994.
