• Develop and implement and execute an Charlotte office recruiter on-boarding strategy
• Assist in the development of recruiters in partnership with Account Managers including classroom instruction, shadowing and roleplaying various situations
• Creation of training materials for new hires such as client or internal company information
• Use sourcing strategies such as LinkedIn, networking, Monster, User Groups and proprietary databases to identify qualified candidates for client opportunities
• Responsible for scheduling in-house interviews, on-site client interviews, phone screens, lunch meetings, internal meetings, background checks, drug and physical testing, and paperwork times.
• Assist in sales and information gathering meetings with client managers
• Thoroughly screen and assess candidate skills by completing meetings, reference checks, and technical assessments in order to qualify candidates and to appropriately identify relevant opportunities
• Properly qualify positions with client managers to determine project and cultural needs
• Negotiate, prepare, and extend offers to candidates (including salary, stock, relocation packages, commission, sign on and annual bonuses)

• Generating revenue through lead generation, networking and building referral channels
• Identifying new business opportunities, meeting with decision makers and identifying needs
• Collaborating with Management to achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintaining current product knowledge

• Perform same duties as First Year Salesperson
• Train and instruct first year salespeople
• Lead meetings and teach sales techniques
• Mentor salespeople through training days
• Relocate to Charleston, SC
