As a practicing massage therapist for the past five years, I possess knowledge of human anatomy, from having completed 650 hours of supervised course instruction, including business, hydrotherapy, first aid, cardiopulmonary restoration, and professional ethics. Since then, I have mastered modalities like deep tissue, trigger point, sports therapy, and Swedish massage. Also, I can offer my clients a unique customized experience through stretching techniques and exercises. I have worked with celebrities like Lauren Hill and Gretchen Rossi, alongside skilled personal trainers at Tangible Fitness, and volunteered at Children’s Hospital of Phoenix to provide complimentary massages for the doctor and staff working hard to better their patients' lives. I currently have a GPA of 3.5 at Paradise Valley Community College and on the path to transfer to ASU to achieve a Bachelor in Exercise Science. I have the passion and what it takes to help whoever I am training and ensure that they understand what it takes to be successful on their fitness journey. I utilize what I have learned to help my client recover from sciatic pain and exercise-related injuries. Regular massages, exercise, and proper nutrition ensure no one must accept living with chronic pain.
