• Internal auditing of legal compliance for FLSA, DOL, IRS, EEO, ACA and other Federal and State laws in 20 states.
• Assisting with research and defence of employment law claims
• Enhancing visibility and usefulness of payroll and HR related data by producing and improving various metrics, reports, and dashboards.
